For 2 people with breakfast, “Madre” tasting menu dinner at Mater Restaurant
A journey through the woods, the garden, and memory. The tasting menu is Ristorante Mater’s most profound story: a culinary journey that celebrates the work of research, preservation, and transformation.
Fermented foods, preserves, herb-infused oils, artisanal vinegars, vermouth, absinthe, and homemade non-alcoholic beverages blend with local ingredients, wild herbs, and the essence of the forest.
Each dish tells a story of the seasons, the region, and local identity, served in a setting of natural beauty and warm hospitality.
